We promise that you will get service
you are happy with or you don't have to pay for it! We know
our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the
quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're
working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality
service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is
ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory,
please let us know right away. We will make it right, either
by coming back to re-clean the yard the same day or the next
day, and also crediting your account so you
won't be charged.
What if I want to skip a
service day?
You
will not be charged if you call us at the latest by 8:00 a.m.
on the day of service to skip your yard that day. If the dog
will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some
other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more,
we can hold service and you will not be charged for those
days. There will also be no charge for service missed due to
weather or some other event beyond your control.
What happens when it
rains?
We will usually work in the rain. A
very heavy rainfall or lightning may delay us,
though. We will try to make it up to you
the next day if possible. Otherwise we will
start back up on your next regularly scheduled service day,
and you will not be charged for the service that was not
completed.
Are there any contracts I
have to sign?
No - We can start and
stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts,
there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance
notice required to cancel service.
We only ask that you
sign our Customer Sign-up sheet, allowing us permission to
access your yard so we can perform our cleaning service, and
acknowledgement of our terms of service.
*If we are unable to
gain access to your gated community, your gate is locked, or
the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do
the work, it will be necessary to charge for the service call
that could not be completed.
How do
I pay you?
We have several methods
of accepting payment. Most statements are
sent out via U.S. Mail. You can pay by
standard check, or on-line through your financial
institution.
Automatic Credit/Debit Card
Payments
You can have your
monthly bill automatically paid through the credit/debit card
of your choice. If you would like this service, email us
at scoopbilling@bellsouth.net and
we'll send you a copy of our Credit Card Authorization
Form. Just complete, sign, and return it to us,
and we will begin auto-billing immediately.

Automatic debit
can be stopped at any time by letting us know in writing.
Email Statements – eliminate paper
bills
We can also email
your statements to you. You can still pay
us the regular way, by check or through your financial
institution. Or you can click the link in
the email and it will bring you to a secure site in which you
can pay us with a credit/debit card. This
is a secure “VeriSign” site in which you can track all of your
account activity, and payment history too.
Just provide us
with your email address on the new client info sheet, or send
us an email at: scoopbilling@bellsouth.net
and let us know that you would like to begin receiving
email statements.
Save 5 –
10 % on your bill
We also have a
“pay ahead” system that will allow you to pay your bill in
advance, while saving you time and money.
If you pay quarterly, you will receive a 5% discount.
By paying six months in advance, you will receive a 10%
discount. By using this credit method, you
will no longer have to deal with a monthly bill for our
services. You will not receive a bill until your account
requires replenishment. Our customers who
have utilized this program have been greatly pleased, and it
helps us to continue to provide this most important service to
